Mathuria (born, 1947) has been the Principal of the Prag Narain Mook Badhir Vidyalay Samiti (Prag Narain School for the Hearing Disabled) since its foundation in 1968.
He holds the M.A. and LL.B. degrees from the Agra University and Diploma in Hearing— Handicapped. Education from the famous Training College for Teachers of the Deaf, Lucknow (1968).
For his work at the school and for the education and rehabilitation of the deaf he received the U.P.
Our Principal awarded by President of India National award 2001 for excellent work in the field of Rehabilitation for Disabled persons and awarded by Governor of Uttar Pradesh for state Award 1999 for excellent work for Rehabilitation of Disabilities.
Our school recognized by Basic Education Department of Uttar Pradesh government up to Junior High School. The school is selected by the government of India. Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Department of Empowerment of persons with Disabilities, New Delhi within 158 Institutions of Country of India for GOOD TRACK RECORDS OF 5 YEARS vide their D.O. Letter No. 41-1/93/HW-II date i.e. 21.10.1994.
