About Us

Established in 1967 in the historic city of Aligarh, Prag Narayan School for the Deaf began with a simple yet powerful belief — that every child, regardless of disability, deserves dignity, education, and hope. Starting with just five children and limited resources, the school set out to empower children who could not hear or speak, but whose dreams were louder than any sound.

For over 55 years, Prag Narayan School has been more than a place of learning — it has been a movement of hope. Beyond academics, the school nurtures confidence, independence, and the courage to believe. Through dedication and compassion, countless lives have been transformed, helping children step into the world with pride, purpose, and possibility.
